Panda Bears in Federal Way

Now, if you are a fan of the Panda Bear, did you know they are almost extinct? Well, one of our participating artists is also an adventure Artist. Becci Crowe is presenting The Giant Pandas of China on April 10th at the Center Stage Theatre in Federal Way. This presentation will be an extraordinary journey featuring behind the scenes film footage with the Pandas and global efforts to save them from the brink of extinction. A must see program for you....and for children alike.

Saturday is artwalk in Gig Harbor. When you are out walking there are a couple of new businesses you might want to walk on into.....might find a little FREE art!!!

So, it is April and can the Easter Bunny be far behind? If you are quick, you might find a little FREE art bunny at Kit's. The blog is very happy to welcome new, participating, artist Dori Wheeler. Dori is a traditional tole painter. Whether she is painting on milk cans or this beautiful nut bowl, you are sure to like her art. You are going to love Becci's work....especially if you are lucky enough to find one of her FREE pieces of art donated to the FeelGoodFreeArtProject!! Becci creates her art in Pen & Ink using a technique called Pointillism. Her originals involve creating an image on paper dot by individual dot....one dot at a time! She specializes in Wildlife and Tribal Portrait Art. Becci was featured in a PBS Documentary called "As Close As You Dare - Africa".
