For Art Sake is a wonderful gallery right on Harborview. This month the featured artist is Kathaleen O'Brien who creates wonderful art in oils and mixed media.

Stop in and enjoy the art and perhaps find this wonderful art card, created by Lynn Guenard. We all love Lynn's art and you can find more of it during the Summer Arts Festival on Judson, July 21 and 22.

Water's Edge Gallery and Framery is the featured gallery for the month of June. Stop in and have a look at beautiful art. The featured artist this month is Lola Waller.

9/4/12: FUN! Idle curiosity changed to joy! Rebecca was there and celebrated with me at For Art's Sake. I'm a wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandma, sister and aunt and aim to be kind in all those roles. Ephesians 4:32- And be kind to one another' tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you."

Forgive somebody.

8/17/12: This is a request to send a piece of FeelGoodFreeArt to England: Shes always giving, with time and infinate kindness shes given up everything and now speads her time between caring for her son and making sure everyone around her is happy,

7/28/12: My daughter is inbetween jobs...very stressful. It brightened her day to find the art, and the quote spoke to her current situation. It was meant to be. She shared the art with me and giggled about the green wrist bands. The art has been placed in her windowsill. Thank you.
6/22/12: From Corie in California: My son suffers from Bipolor disorder and is an artest him self. I feel it would make him feel better about himself and that not everybody is bad. He rarely leaves our house and has difficulty dealing with people.
6/25/12: From Marnie: I had such a shock to turn it over and see that it was free! My dog "Rex", and soul mate had just been attacked by three pitbulls. Thankfully, he survived! The vets did an amazing job. It was one of the worst days of my life. When I turned this cutest little art piece it made my whole year!!! My son is very ill, and is home schooled by a wonderful tutor and I told her about the project. She will most likely spread the love, as she already does. Thank you for brightening my day. The smallest good deed can really change someone's life, especially when they have lost hope.
5/25/12: Loved receiving my free art and kindness wrist band. I passed by band on to my son. He was helping mom serve dinner at the local men's homeless shelter.
5/8/12; I was thrilled, jumping with joy. I have been very sick, and was picking up a repair at Clark's, when I spotted that easily recognizable happiness sender your art! I couldnt believe my eyes, it was a nod from God to me that this mothers day will be a wonderful day, becuase I am flying tomorrow morning to be with my very own mother in southern california and it was a sign that my pnuemonia will be over by then! Such a happy find, I will treasure it and share it with my mom.
5/6/12; I was walking back to the boat from a weekend in GH. Found this lovely piece of art and going to give one of the wrist bands to my best friend Lynda. Thank you!!
.4/29/12: Maria; I found my art and bracelets at the Paddle Club this weekend in Gig Harbor. Am going to put the art in my bedroom and wear one of the bracelets. The other bracelet I gave to someone who I saw helping put a kayak on a carrier. Being Kind is everything!
